Many, many thanks to Gill and Donna for our wonderful Relief Society Meeting last Thursday! And to all of you who attended! It was great fun to have you all there! Gill inspired us on getting organized and gave us many wonderful tips to help us get started! The "Command Central" was a great idea and she had so many more. Thank you Gill! Then Donna demonstrated some yummy smoothies we all got to taste. They were good! Even the "green" one! Here are the recipes she handed out...and there are many more recipes and organizational tips on the web...so check them out! (Pinterest is full of them too!) The tip with smoothies is to take a basic recipe and then adjust it to the tastes and things that you like! Get your daily servings of vegetables and fruits in one smoothie!
